Refund & Returns Policy

At Zemoco UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, used air fryer liners (paper or silicone) are not eligible for return.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g. item was used or damaged), we’ll contact you with next steps.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened air fryer liners.

  • Custom or clearance items (if marked as final sale).


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong product or something damaged?
No worries — email us within 7 days of delivery at zemoco360@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
